What WordPress help does NTx provide?

WordPress Rescue is a service from NTx Ventures that takes over care of an aging WordPress website, stabilizes it, and plans what comes next in a written scope before any rebuild.

This work is for owners and managers of businesses whose website runs on an aging WordPress install, with fragile updates, plugin conflicts, security worries, or no clear owner. Cost is scoped after a free assessment.

Rescue and emergency support

When a launch is not ready, a server crashes, a site is hacked, or your developer quits, we step in, stabilize the site, get you back online, and plan next steps.

WordPress Rescue

Modernization and migration

We stabilize the current site, produce a written scope, then build and migrate a modern platform while your existing site stays live.

Modernization

Replacement

Replace an aging, plugin-heavy WordPress site with a fast, secure, low-maintenance site you own outright, with no plugins to babysit.

Replacement

Security and hacked site recovery

If updates, logins, and backups have become nobody's job, or your server was hacked, we review access, backups, and condition, then stabilize and plan what comes next.

Security

Maintenance and care

When your business depends on a website nobody wants to touch, we take over its care, stabilize it, and plan a replacement in a written scope if that is the right next step.

How does WordPress Rescue and Modernization work?

Work is organized in five phases: stabilize the current site, produce a written scope, build the new site separately, migrate, then maintain and grow.

  1. Stabilize. Review hosting, WordPress, themes, plugins, access, and backups, then agree on a care plan for the existing site. Verify backups, review access and outdated parts, and keep the current site running. The current site stays the working site during the rebuild.
  2. Scope. A written scope document is produced and approved before development, covering pages, content, forms, integrations, editing needs, hosting, migration, acceptance criteria, and pricing.
  3. Build. The new site is designed and developed in a separate environment on a platform chosen around the business's requirements. Your current site stays live.
  4. Migrate. Content and data are moved, redirects, forms, analytics, and integrations are tested, and cutover follows a launch plan with rollback.
  5. Maintain and grow. Agreed ongoing care for updates, monitoring, backups, and support.

Do you always replace WordPress?

No. WordPress can be maintained successfully. We assess your particular installation, dependencies, and business requirements to determine whether repair, continued maintenance, or replacement makes sense.

If replacement is the right path, the scope process determines the platform. We consider content editing, integrations, custom functions, hosting, security, and ongoing support before recommending the architecture.

Who is WordPress Rescue and Modernization for?

It is for owners and managers of businesses whose website runs on an aging WordPress install, with fragile updates, plugin conflicts, security worries, or no clear owner.

Typical signs the site has been outgrown: updates feel risky so they get put off; plugins pile up and nobody is sure which ones still matter; small changes take too long; updates, logins, and backups have become nobody's job; or the person who built it is gone and nobody knows exactly how it works.

How do we get started?

The first step for website work is a free WordPress Site Assessment request. You can also book a free 15-minute call, call 888-388-8565, or email Sales@NTx.Ventures.

Tell us what is worrying you and what your website needs to do. We will discuss its current condition, your business dependencies, and the right next step. Assessment and stabilization costs are agreed first, then the rebuild budget and schedule are set through the scope process.

Questions business owners ask

Is WordPress always the problem?

WordPress can be maintained successfully. We assess your particular installation, dependencies, and business requirements to determine whether repair, continued maintenance, or replacement makes sense.

Do I have to approve a full rebuild to get help?

The assessment is the starting point. We can discuss stabilization and ongoing care separately from the replacement project, with the scope and pricing agreed before work begins.

Will my existing site stay online while you build?

The new site is built separately while we care for the existing site under the agreed plan. We schedule and test the final transition to reduce disruption. Any expected interruption is discussed in the launch plan.

What will you replace it with?

The scope process determines the platform. We consider content editing, integrations, custom functions, hosting, security, and ongoing support before recommending the architecture.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

That depends on the current site, its dependencies, and the replacement scope. We agree on assessment and stabilization costs first, then define the rebuild budget and schedule through the scope process.

Is a modern platform maintenance-free?

Every platform needs care. We design for manageable dependencies and establish who handles updates, monitoring, backups, and support after launch.
